Project brief: To fully refurbish and to remodel and extend kitchen area. This Lyons house, situated on Ryecroft Street, Fulham, was in need of a complete refurbishment and needed the addition of extra space. The house was fully refurbished by SG McNelis Ltd and a full side and rear wraparound extension was added to create a beautiful living space.

New King’s Road, Fulham SW6: 3 bed flat first floor flat with 2 bathrooms

Project brief: To fully refurbish a very old and tired first floor 3 bed flat, modernising the interiors whilst being sensitive to the historical features. This Lyons was fully refurbished creating a light and airy space without interfering with the historical features.

Project Brief: To fully refurbish and remodel current layout by creating a full basement extension. A 1,000 sq. ft.extension was dug and refurbished, creating a large media room area, utility room and extra bedroom with en suite facilities. All elements of this refurbishment were detailed and bespoke. The kitchen was extended to the rear and the back, encouraging more light and increasing living space. A bespoke, handmade, hand-painted kitchen was also fitted.

Queen’s Gardens, W2: 2 bed ground floor flat, one bathroom, one en suite

Project brief: To fully refurbish and remodel current layout. This was a large Victorian 2 bed flat with beautiful high ceilings. It was situated on a very quaint garden square. SG McNelis Ltd. fully refurbished the flat, adding an en suite to the master bathroom. As with all refurbishments, this property was re-wired, re-plumbed and re-plastered. All woodwork (floors, doors, frames, architraves, skirtings) were replaced. All furniture (wardrobes, bookshelves, TV cabinets) were bespoke, in keeping with the client’s taste. Bathrooms were replaced and were fully fitted and decorated. The result was a very elegant and stylish home.

Kings Mansions, SW3: Basement unit used as storage

Project brief: To fully refurbish and remodel the current layout of a basement.
This was a large basement (1,600 sq. ft.) but needed to be lightened and refurbished. An open-plan lounge, dining area and galley kitchen were created and double sash windows from ceiling to floor were introduced in each room on the east side of the flat. The internal doors leading to the living room, the dining room and front door were made up of oak and re-forced glass, encouraging more light. The property was re-wired, re-plumbed and re-plastered. All woodwork, be it floors, doors, frames, architraves or skirtings, were replaced. All furniture (wardrobes, bookshelves, TV cabinets) were bespoke and accommodated the client’s preferences. All bathrooms were replaced, again reflecting the client's preferences.

Project brief: To fully refurbish, to optimise the light and space restrictions of basement living. This basement property situated just off the King’s Road Chelsea was in need of a full a refurbishment. The property was re-wired, re-plumbed and re-plastered. All woodwork (floors, doors, frames, architraves, skirtings) were replaced. All furniture (wardrobes, bookshelves, TV cabinets) were bespoke to accommodate the irregular layout and create a comfortable office area. The bathroom was refitted and styled to the client’s taste and style. By introducing light colours, fitted wardrobes and double glass doors to the bedroom, SG McNelis Ltd maximised light and available space.
